Ipamorelin, 10mg lyophilized powder in a sealed vial. Ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide and selective growth hormone secretagogue that acts on the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a). In preclinical studies it has been shown to stimulate growth hormone release without marked effects on ACTH or cortisol, and it has been studied in clinical research on postoperative gastrointestinal motility.
